Privacy policy.

This policy explains how Setpoint Integration handles personal information when you visit this website or contact us about a project.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Setpoint Integration is the controller of personal information submitted through this website. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to hello@setpointintegration.com.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, event or site details, timing information and anything you choose to include in your message. We may also process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as request timing and a privacy-preserving identifier used to limit automated submissions.

Please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for your enquiry.

3. How and why we use it

We generally process enquiry information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or because we have a legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries and securing our services.

4. Service providers and international processing

Enquiries are delivered using Resend, an email delivery provider. Website hosting and infrastructure are provided through Replit and its service providers. These suppliers process information on our behalf and may operate outside the United Kingdom. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention and security

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active working relationship, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Routine enquiries that do not lead to work will generally be reviewed for deletion within 24 months. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no online transmission is completely risk-free.

6. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to certain processing, or receive a portable copy. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first if you would like us to address a concern.

7. Changes

We may update this policy when the website, our suppliers or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
